Business Operations Associate

Kaleidoo is a fast-growing technology startup (30 employees) developing innovative AI-driven solutions. We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to join our core operations team and work closely with leadership, R&D, and business stakeholders.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role that combines data analysis, operational execution, process improvement, and administrative ownership. The role offers broad exposure to how a startup operates end-to-end and real influence on day-to-day and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and take part in cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives across the company
• Collect, analyze, and present data to support management and leadership decision-making
• Build work plans, define KPIs, and monitor execution across teams and projects
• Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and propose practical solutions
• Analyze customer satisfaction and business metrics to surface insights and trends
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help optimize internal processes
• Provide operational and administrative support to ongoing projects and company needs
• Own and manage ad-hoc tasks and projects in a dynamic, evolving startup environment

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, business analysis, PMO, consulting, or similar roles – an advantage
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI or data tools – an advantage
• Strong analytical, structured, and process-oriented thinking
• Ability to turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities
