Solato is looking for a passionate, highly skilled, and highly motivated Logistics & Procurement Manager to join our operating team.

As a Logistics & Procurement Manager, you will lead all Logistics operations such as warehousing, international freight (road, air, and sea), transportation, and inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Find and manage the best option of logistics partners, locally and abroad.
• Management of all procurement cycles, including sourcing new suppliers, negotiating agreements, and managing the fulfillment of the agreements.
• Ensure flow of required raw materials and finished goods aligned with subcontractors’ suppliers, while monitoring their cost, availability, and quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional positions such as Engineering, R&D, Sales, Finance, Production, and with external suppliers.
• Lead the planning and budgeting of the supply chain to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to food safety, transportation, and international shipments.
• Implement best practices for inventory control, utilizing data to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Act as the main focal point for the company’s need to provide logistics services worldwide.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics or Business Administration – an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics and/or supply chain management in a multinational environment.
• At least 3 years of Purchasing experience in technology companies with complex products, technical approach.
• Vast knowledge of the freight and transportation world.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced organization.
• Proficiency in working on ERP/WMS systems – knowledge of Netsuit a significant advantage.
• High-level communication skills, including direct mentoring and people management.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
