Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
• Build strong relationships with members and foster a vibrant community
• Manage daily center operations and front desk activities
• Handle client requests and ensure smooth workspace operations
• Support sales activities and promote Regus services

Requirements:
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or community management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused, organized, and proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
