Delivery Manager

A large and influential digital organization in Israel is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead complex end-to-end initiatives, drive execution, and coordinate across multiple product, development, and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery processes across digital and core systems
• Manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
• Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams
• Improve delivery methodologies, reporting, and execution workflows
• Work directly with senior leadership and external partners
• Ensure timelines, quality, and SLA commitments are met

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Delivery / PMO / Technology project management
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Solid grasp of development lifecycles, QA processes, and DevOps practices
• Experience working in large or complex technological environments
• Excellent prioritization, organization, and communication skills

Strong advantage:

• Experience in large enterprises – banking, telecom, logistics, or government.
