I'm looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join a leading company in Bnei Brak!

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional phone support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Maintain computers and networks, ensuring uninterrupted IT system operations.
• Opportunity to grow from a Help Desk role to a System-level position.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Help Desk or as a Junior System Administrator.
• Previous experience in SMB companies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 – licenses, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
• Relevant IT education or certification (e.g., MCSA).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 – significant advantage.
• Strong communication skills and team player.
• Ability to solve problems independently under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
• High service orientation.
