Full Stack Lead

The Role

We are searching for a Full Stack Lead who has exceptional depth in Angular development and a solid background in Java backend systems. You will lead a small, agile team, setting the technical standard for the user-facing application while ensuring seamless integration with our robust Java backend. You will balance hands-on development with team leadership and architectural design.

Leadership

• Lead the team's execution and workflow, including task prioritization and assignment and estimation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with product goals.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and high-quality code review processes across the team.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous growth within the team.
• Serve as the central technical point of contact for Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and other cross-functional Team Leads (Backend, DevOps).



Development 

• Drive and define the core frontend architecture, making critical decisions and ensuring the delivery of highly scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
• Hands-on development of new features and components primarily using Angular (v14+).
• Develop and optimize robust backend APIs and services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Ensure smooth and secure integration between the frontend and backend systems.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across the full stack.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership/mentorship role.
• High-level proficiency in Angular (experience with AngularJS through Angular 20), including ability for architectural planning and migrations/upgrades.
• Solid experience with the Java ecosystem and developing APIs using Spring Boot.
• Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Proficiency with Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have

• Experience migrating large-scale applications between Angular versions.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and caching mechanisms.
• Understanding of modern security principles for web applications (OAuth2, JWT, XSS prevention).
