AI Engineer

The offices are located in central Israel, with train-line access, and offer the flexibility to work up to two days per week from home.

The role-

• Lead the AI and ML strategy, research, and development.
• Design and develop advanced machine learning models based on behavioral data.
• Translate behavioral research insights into scalable AI-driven products.

Requirements-

• Advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7 years of experience leading AI and ML model development.
• Proven experience building and leading Data Science teams.
• Extensive experience with a wide range of data analysis algorithms and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models to production.
• Proven ability to lead AI products end-to-end, from business problem definition to feature extraction, modeling, optimization, and productionization.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
