Innovation Lab & Research Coordinator

AI & Quantum Sovereignity Lab is seeking an innovation lab and research coordinator. We are a non-profit equally focused on public policy and its implementation, enabling secure, innovative collaborations between government and industry in the areas of AI and quantum technology.

Our AI & Quantum lab serves as a hands-on environment for conducting applied research, testing ideas, and developing programs that drive innovative solutions.

+ Job Description

Join our team as an Innovation Lab & Research coordinator. In this hybrid role, you’ll take ownership of diverse tasks, from creating presentations, and coordinating policy research to managing supporting marketing efforts.

+ Key Responsibilities

• Utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, Perplexity, etc.) for content creation, data processing, and visual representation
• Preparing professional presentations in Hebrew and English (Google Slides / PowerPoint)
• Mapping relevant technology partners for government challenges and the organization’s innovative projects
• Supporting and implementing marketing processes (B2G, B2B, and B2C)
• Managing and creating content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and more)
• Coordinator between organizations from different sectors: government ministries, academia, industry, and nonprofit organizations.
• Coordinating writing and editing research papers, blogs, and opinion articles (in Hebrew and English)
• Conducting literature reviews/market and technology reports
• Ongoing administration: drafting emails, writing work reports, processing basic payments, and scheduling meetings

+ Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise with AI tools for content and design
• At least 2 years of experience in creating presentations and marketing/research content
• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong analytical and marketing writing skills
• Proven experience with social media platforms and digital promotion (organic and paid – an advantage)
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills

Advantages:
