ERP QA Engineer

ERP QA Engineer | Specializing in Oracle HCM | 1-2 Years Experience

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical ERP QA Engineer to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a professional with early-career experience in ERP testing to deepen their expertise in Oracle Cloud/EBS environments, specifically within the Human Capital Management (HCM) domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases tailored for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, etc.).
• Perform End-to-End (E2E) testing, Integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support for ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM.
• Validate data integrity and migration between legacy systems and Oracle Cloud.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that monthly or quarterly Oracle updates do not disrupt existing business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical test scenarios.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-2 years of proven experience in software quality assurance, specifically focusing on ERP systems - Must
• Direct experience with Oracle ERP is required, with a strong preference for the HCM module - Must
• Solid understanding of HR business processes and functional workflows within an enterprise environment - Must
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for backend data validation and verification - Must
• Experience with bug tracking and test management software (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Zephyr).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex logic in a multi-integrated system.
