We are seeking an AI Engineering Tech Lead for a financial company located in the Shfela region.
Responsibilities:
-Leading development efforts for AI/ML systems, including hands-on work with LLM-based
solutions
-Designing and implementing Backend services and APIs in a Microservices environment
-Working with Agents Frameworks such as LangChain and CrewAI
-Designing and implementing RAG-based solutions, including working with Embeddings and
Vector databases
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in software development using Python and JavaScript
- Experience in developing AI/ML systems, including hands-on work with LLMs
- Experience working with Agents Frameworks such as LangChain and CrewAI
- Experience developing complex Backend systems and working with API / Microservices
- Familiarity with RAG, Embeddings, and Vector DBs
