Application Security Engineer

We are hiring an Application Security (AppSec) Engineer

📍 Security clearance Level 2/3 – mandatory

We are looking for an experienced Application Security professional with a strong software development background and hands-on AppSec experience to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide security guidance and consultancy for technological projects throughout the entire SDLC, from design and development to production.
• Define and implement Application Security policies.
• Write secure development policies, standards, and procedures.
• Deliver secure coding training to development teams in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Identify, assess, and manage application security risks, and provide mitigation solutions for vulnerabilities in development and production environments.
• Implement and manage application security technologies, including WAF solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Application Security.
• Proven experience working closely with development and infrastructure teams.
• Strong hands-on experience in Application Security and Secure Development methodologies.
• Experience with API Management and API Security.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with security tools such as:
• Imperva, F5, Cloudflare, Radware, DataPower.
• Security clearance Level 2 or 3 – mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Cloud security experience in AWS and/or Azure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
