B2B Personal Branding & Thought Leader Ads (TLAs)
The Mission:
We aren’t looking for a typical "writer." We are looking for a digital architect of authority. Your job is to take the raw, unpolished expertise trapped inside the heads of our clients (CEOs, Founders, and VPs) and transform it into the most compelling content on LinkedIn.
You will be the engine behind our Thought Leader Ads program, turning high-level insights into "scroll-stopping" narratives that build trust, spark conversation, and drive business results.
What You’ll Do:
- The Extraction: Conduct 30-60 minute "knowledge download" interviews with busy executives. You need to be a professional listener who knows how to dig for the "counter-intuitive" take.
- Voice Mimicry: Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts and ad copy that sounds exactly like the client - whether they are a visionary provocateur or a data-driven technician.
- TLA Optimization: Structure content specifically for LinkedIn’s "Thought Leader Ad" format - focusing on high-impact hooks, "Read More" triggers, and seamless transitions to a call-to-action.
- Strategic Repurposing: Turn a single podcast appearance, webinar, or product update into a post with high-signal social content.
- Performance Analysis: Collaborate with our paid media team to see which "angles" are converting and iterate on the content strategy accordingly.
Who You Are:
- Part Journalist: You have an innate curiosity and know how to interview someone to find the "gold" in their stories.
- Part Performance Marketer: You understand that a post isn’t successful just because it’s pretty; it’s successful because it stops the scroll and shifts a perspective.
- Algorithm Native: You live on LinkedIn. You know what a "broetry" post is (and why to avoid it), you understand how formatting affects readability, and you know how to write for the mobile experience.
- The "Low-Friction" Partner: You can work with high-level executives who have very little time. You are organized, professional, and confident enough to push back when a client's idea lacks a "hook."
Requirements:
- A Portfolio of "People": Show us content you’ve written for individuals, not just brands. We want to see how you handle personal tone.
- B2B Fluency: You can speak the language of [Insert Industry, e.g., SaaS/Fintech/Consulting] without relying on buzzwords.
- Editing Prowess: You can take a 2,000-word transcript and distill it into a 150-word powerhouse ad.
Bonus points if...
- You have experience running or writing for LinkedIn Paid Media.
- You have a background in journalism or PR.
- You have your own active LinkedIn presence with a demonstrated "voice."
