Civan Advanced Technologies, a global leader in innovative laser-based manufacturing solutions, is looking for a Strategic Buyer to join our dynamic procurement team in Jerusalem.

If you’re passionate about technology, love negotiating with global suppliers, and excel at building strategic partnerships — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Lead strategic procurement of optical, mechanical, and electronic components
Manage global supplier relationships and drive cost-reduction initiatives
Own contract negotiations and long-term agreements
Analyse BOM costs to identify optimization opportunities
Work closely with engineering teams transitioning products from development to production
Manage suppliers base and outsourcing processes

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of procurement experience in global high-tech/manufacturing companies
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s - advantage)
Knowledge of optics/electronics/mechanics component markets
Experience managing subcontractors (TURNKEY, outsourcing)
Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Office and ERP systems (SAP - advantage)
Strong English skills (written + spoken)
