Responsibilities:

 Prepare financial statements on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring

accuracy and compliance with Israeli tax regulations.

 Work closely with auditors and tax advisors to manage audits and ensure

compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

 Conduct financial analysis to support the investment team in decision-making

and performance tracking.

 Monitor the financials of portfolio companies, including quarterly

performance evaluations and valuations.

 Oversee daily operations of financial activities, including managing and

coordinating with bookkeepers.

 Assist with other financial reporting and requirements as needed.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

 Strong proficiency in Excel (required).

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

 Proven reliability and attention to detail.
