eCommerce Manager (Shopify Ecosystem)

Role Description

We're looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to own and grow our presence within the Shopify ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on, in-depth experience managing Shopify stores, working extensively with Shopify apps, and understanding what drives merchant success at scale.

In this full-time, hybrid role based in Ashdod, you will work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and support teams to improve merchant adoption, optimize funnels, and ensure our products deliver clear business value to Shopify merchants.

Responsibilities

• Owning the eCommerce strategy across Shopify, with a strong focus on merchant growth, retention, and revenue
• Deeply understanding the Shopify ecosystem, including themes, apps, Checkout, POS, and merchant workflows
• Working closely with product and engineering to shape features based on real merchant needs
• Analyzing merchant behavior, usage data, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities
• Managing and optimizing app store presence, onboarding flows, and merchant experience
• Collaborating with marketing and support to improve positioning, messaging, and customer satisfaction
• Staying up to date with Shopify platform changes, new APIs, and ecosystem trends

Qualifications

• Vast, hands-on experience with the Shopify ecosystem – mandatory
• Strong familiarity with Shopify apps, app installations, configurations, and merchant use cases
• Proven experience managing or growing Shopify stores, apps, or eCommerce products
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and support teams
• Excellent understanding of eCommerce KPIs: conversion, retention, LTV, churn, and revenue
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
• Excellent English, written and verbal
