The Opportunity

As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will lead and shape our high-scale platform, processing millions of analytical data operations daily and enabling real-time, data-driven decisions. You’ll join a small, high-impact team and play a key role in shaping both our technology and our culture of ownership, learning, and experimentation.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and optimize platform services, protocols, and data models at scale.
• Lead key architectural and technological decisions
• Improve platform efficiency, scalability, and stability
• Define and implement algorithmic ML and GenAI solutions
• Collaborate through code reviews, brainstorming, and feedback
• Work directly with customers and advocate for their needs
• Work in a hybrid model, based in Tel Aviv
  

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of experience building production backend services
• Strong experience with monitoring, performance optimization and scaling
• Proven production expertise with Python
• Strong RDBMS knowledge and high proficiency in SQL
• Experience supporting live SaaS systems in the cloud
• High engineering standards and a fast delivery mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
