Senior Technical Recruiter | Part-Time

A global technology company operating at the forefront of artificial intelligence and AI infrastructure is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join on a part-time basis.

This role focuses on building a high-caliber engineering team for an advanced AI project, working closely with senior technical leaders in a highly technical, research-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for software engineers and researchers
• Partner closely with senior engineering and research leadership
• Own sourcing strategies, screening, and interview coordination
• Recruit for complex roles across AI, infrastructure, and large-scale systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical recruiting (engineering-focused)
• Strong ability to work independently and drive processes end-to-end
• Experience recruiting for highly technical or research-heavy roles
• Availability for part-time work
• AI / R&D recruiting experience — a strong advantage
