A leading medical device company in the Yokneam area is seeking an experienced Planner for a key role in production planning and supply chain, within a manufacturing and regulatory environment.

Job Description

• Responsibility for building and controlling production plans based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
• Materials planning and component availability using MRP, with ongoing coordination with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics.
• Continuous monitoring of plan adherence, gap analysis between planning and execution, identification of bottlenecks, and leading corrective actions.
• Inventory level management, reduction of shortages and excess stock, updating planning data in ERP systems, and participation in cross-organizational planning meetings.
• Working in accordance with quality and regulatory procedures customary in the medical device industry.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics, or Economics – an advantage.
• Practical engineer with significant relevant experience – will be considered.
• 4–4.5 years of experience as a Planner, Production Planner, or Materials Planner in a manufacturing company – mandatory.
• Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry – a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Priority or SAP preferred) and strong Excel skills.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, MRP, and supply chain.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-interface, and multitasking environment, with strong organization, accuracy, and a systemic view.
