What you'll be doing

• Design and deploy ML systems that optimize user engagement and advertising performance - build models that operate at scale (millions of users) with real-time inference requirements
• Own end-to-end ML and GenAI projects - from identifying business opportunities and defining problems, through research and prototyping, to production deployment and impact measurement
• Explore and implement cutting-edge ML approaches - research novel architectures (transformers, neural recommender systems, transfer learning) and adapt them to solve practical business challenges
• Drive rapid experimentation and iteration - leverage A/B testing infrastructure and modern tooling to quickly validate ideas and ship improvements
• Expand the team's ML capabilities - introduce new methodologies, share knowledge, and identify innovative opportunities beyond your initial scope
  
  

What we're looking for

• Proven ability to deliver production ML models with measurable business impact - from problem definition through deployment and outcome tracking
• Strong programming skills in Python and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost) with ability to write clean, efficient code for production systems
• Self-directed research capability - demonstrated ability to independently explore unfamiliar ML domains, synthesize technical literature, and implement novel approaches
• End-to-end ML development experience - data analysis, feature engineering, model selection, experimentation (A/B testing), and performance optimization
• Structured problem-solving methodology - ability to decompose complex business problems, design solution approaches, and communicate technical findings to stakeholders
