Information Technology Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Officer to join our growing IT team.

This role is a stepping stone for career advancement within our fast-paced IT department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users (hardware, software, network)
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and IT equipment
• Manage user accounts and access permissions
• Maintain IT infrastructure, backups, updates, and system performance
• Support LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, wireless APs, and security protocols
• Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and virtual environments

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support or technical roles
• Proficient in Windows & Linux
• Experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and wireless APs
• Knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and Office applications
• Experience with VMware
• PowerShell and/or Python scripting – a plus
