We are looking for a Senior Back-end Engineer to join our growing engineering team, with a strong focus on Elixir and building robust, scalable backend systems.
This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working on core logic, high-performance systems, and shaping engineering culture through technical excellence and ownership.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Elixir
- Deep backend experience with Node.js / Python / Java
- Deep understanding of SQL / NoSQL databases, including performance and optimization
- Extensive experience with AWS, including designing solutions across multiple services
- Experience with message queue technologies such as Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ, or Oban
