Insait is a high-growth B2B SaaS company redefining workflow automation for financial institutions through Vertical Gen AI. We build solutions that automate complex customer-facing and internal processes within regulated environments, delivering measurable business outcomes.
With a dedicated team of 30 and an established Product-Market Fit (PMF), we are currently serving dozens of financial institutions. Having recently secured Series A funding, we are scaling rapidly and need a strategic HR leader to build the people infrastructure that will support our next phase of growth.
The OpportunityWe are looking for a VP of Human Resources with a "builder" mindset to own the entire people strategy and operations. This is a foundational leadership role where you will architect our HR function from the ground up, build a world-class Global Talent Acquisition team, and establish the culture and systems needed to scale from 30 to 100+ employees over the next 18-24 months.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruiting Excellence: Build and lead a high-performing Global Talent Acquisition function from scratch. Develop recruiting strategies that enable us to compete for top-tier technical and commercial talent across Israel and internationally. Establish employer branding, sourcing strategies, and scalable hiring processes that reduce time-to-fill while maintaining a quality bar.
HR Infrastructure & Operations: Design and implement core HR systems, policies, and processes (HRIS, ATS, performance management). Establish compensation philosophy, salary bands, and equity frameworks appropriate for our growth stage. Ensure compliance with Israeli employment law and international hiring regulations.
Culture & Employee Experience: Partner with leadership to define, articulate, and embed company values. Design engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs that foster belonging and high performance. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all aspects of the employee experience.
Talent Development & Performance: Create career development frameworks, performance management processes, and leadership development programs. Build manager training initiatives and succession planning strategies for critical roles.
Strategic Leadership: Serve as trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all people matters. Develop workforce planning models aligned to aggressive growth projections. Provide data-driven insights on people metrics to inform decision-making.
Required QualificationsHR Leadership: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with senior leadership roles (VP of HR, Head of People) in a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech environment (specifically scaling companies with less than 50 employees through rapid expansion).
Global Talent Acquisition Expertise: 3+ years of experience building and leading Talent Acquisition teams and recruiting functions from the ground up. You have successfully hired technical talent (engineers, product, data scientists) and commercial talent (sales, customer success) at scale.
Startup Operator: Deep experience operating in startup/high-growth environments with limited resources and ambiguity. You know how to build scalable processes without over-engineering.
Israeli Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Israeli employment law, local talent market dynamics, and competitive compensation practices. Fluency in Hebrew and English required.
Operational Excellence: Experience implementing HR technology stack and creating data-driven people analytics. You understand the metrics that matter and how to influence them.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in FinTech, RegTech, or companies selling into financial institutions
- Experience scaling Israeli tech companies with international expansion
- Background building distributed/remote teams across EMEA and global markets
- Professional certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent)
- Experience with equity compensation in Series A/B stage companies
