Strategic Positioning and Branding in AI & Cybersecurity Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

● Own Project Delivery from Start to Finish: Plan, coordinate, and track deliverables

across multiple strategic projects - ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and client

expectations are consistently met and exceeded.

● Co-Lead Strategic Research and Translate Strategy into Actionable Plans: Turn

high-level briefs and creative/strategic direction into clear task structures, timelines,

and ownership maps across research, design, and writing streams. Conduct interviews,

read industry reports, write research reports and prepare presentations.

● Ensure Clarity and Momentum: Maintain project documentation, weekly updates, and

milestone check-ins to ensure priorities are unambiguous and progress is measurable.

● Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Orchestrate communication between

strategists, researchers, designers, and external stakeholders to keep everyone aligned

and accountable.

● Anticipate Risks and Problem-Solve Proactively: Identify potential roadblocks early -

whether operational, creative, or interpersonal - and propose smart, calm solutions

that protect momentum and quality.

Key Requirements:

● Proven experience managing projects, tasks, timelines, and deliverables across

multiple stakeholders (3+ years).

● Strong ability to manage senior client relationships and working with executives -

proactive communication, expectation management, and follow-through (3+ years).

● Skilled in strategic research within AI, cybersecurity, and emerging tech markets (2+

years).

● Cybersecurity and/or AI experience is essential (2+ years).

● Background in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or PR (advantage, 1+ year).

● Exceptional organizational and people skills; service-oriented, confident and

detail-driven.

● Fast learner with the ability to translate complex technical material into strategic

insights.

● Comfortable working in creative and cross-functional environments; artistic or

design sensibility a plus.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

● 8200 or IDF Intelligence Corps Service- advantage.

ALSO SUITABLE FOR JUNIORS

Key Requirements:

● Cybersecurity and/or AI experience is essential (2+ years, military experience relevant).
