About The Role

Ready to lead, inspire, and make an impact? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and organized Life Science Project Manager extraordinaire to head up a talented team and deliver stellar events and programs for our clients. You’ll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly – from coaching your team to wowing clients with service that’s second to none.

You’re Good At

• Leading and mentoring teams to bring out their best work
• Keeping projects on track, on budget, and delivering with excellence
• Building trust with clients through proactive communication
• Problem-solving with creativity and confidence
• Managing vendors, contracts, and operational processes like a pro
  
  

You Might Also Have

• A Bachelor’s degree
• Pharmaceutical/Life Science industry experience
• Expertise in event planning, incentives, or program management
• Skills in building efficient workflows and SOPs
• Microsoft Office superpowers
  
  

You Should Know

• This role is fully virtual, operating on Eastern or Central Standard Time
• This role requires up to 25% travel annually

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Operations Manager is between $75,000 - $85,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
