Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Center District, Israel for a Professional Services Engineer. Responsibilities include delivering technical support, performing network security tasks, providing professional services, and troubleshooting issues for clients. The role involves working with cybersecurity technologies to ensure the effective implementation of security solutions, as well as collaborating with clients to address their security needs and enhance overall system protection.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Security and Cybersecurity concepts and solutions
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support with a focus on information security systems
• Ability to deliver Professional Services and consult on implementing and integrating security solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or equivalent are advantageous
• Fluency in English and Hebrew is beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
