About the job
Join an autonomous driving software company that develops HD‑mapless, vision-based AI driving systems for Level 3–4 self-driving cars, shuttles, and buses.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll lead and manage a software team of 6 engineers, with full responsibility for development, architecture, and code quality in a modern C++ environment and multi-process Linux systems. The position combines significant hands-on work (70%) with management duties, including providing software services and code infrastructure to algorithm teams, with an emphasis on integrating and implementing pipelines in Computer Vision and Machine Learning domains within a physical product. This is a key role in a technological startup environment, requiring a strong systems perspective, discipline, and high technical and organizational leadership capabilities.
Requirements
B,Sc/B.A at computer science or equivalent technical field from a top university
8+ years in total as a developer
5+ years using modern cpp
3+ years using at least 2 additional programming language
3+ years of SW system architecture/design
Managed a team of at least 5 developers for 3+ years
Handling computer vision and/or machine learning pipelines
Dealing with CPU/GPU constraints and trade-offs- an advantage
