What You'll Be Doing

• Lead projects end-to-end: from initiation through delivery—ensuring excellence in quality, timelines, and budget control.
• Operate in a fast-paced matrix environment, collaborating seamlessly across internal teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building trust and ensuring expectations are not only met but consistently exceeded.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities within ongoing projects, contributing directly to the company’s growth.
• Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols at all times.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience in the technology sector.

Direct experience in the defense industry – mandatory

Engineering background (software or hardware) – mandatory

Strong technical understanding of complex systems and AI applications- an advantage

Familiarity with UAE business culture and security standards- highly desirable

Commercial acumen with the ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
