Intelligence Desk Operator – Student Position, Jerusalem Area

We are seeking a highly motivated Student for an Intelligence Desk Operator position to join an operational desk team in Jerusalem and the surrounding area.

*Training for the position will commence in February 2026.*

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and process intelligence information using an integrative, big-picture approach, including the use of information systems and real-time data handling.
• Prioritize tasks and cases.
• Provide operational guidance and instructions to internal and external stakeholders, derived from the current intelligence picture.
• Respond to operational incidents and events.
• Manage effective working interfaces with various internal and external entities.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and integrative thinking.
• Ability to distinguish between primary and secondary information.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and high workload.
• Strong technological orientation and ability to work with information systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team and across interfaces.

• Availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
• Full availability of a private vehicle and independent arrival to shifts.
• Commitment to the role for two years.

Position Details:

• Employment scope: 100–125 hours per month.
• Location: Jerusalem and the surrounding area.
