Responsibilities:

• System analysis and management of technological projects in a Microsoft Dynamics environment.
• Gathering business requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Writing technical specifications and designing new business processes for existing systems.
• Working closely with business users, development teams, and QA teams.
• Implementation and customization in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Dynamics System Analyst — required.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics, Power Apps, and Power Automate — required.
• Proven experience managing multiple tasks across different teams — required.
• Strong experience in writing complex technical and functional specifications — required.
• High level of English — required.
• Academic degree in Information Systems / Engineering / Industrial Engineering & Management — a significant advantage.
• Experience as a Dynamics System Analyst in cloud environments — a significant advantage
