Landa Labs is looking for a a skilled Practical Engineer or Senior Technician to join our R&D team. This role focuses on chip package and assembly as well as on characterization and testing in a clean room environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Flip Chip assembly including alignment, placement, reflow, and post‑process inspection.
- Semiconductor processing - lithography, wet etch, electroplating, etc.
- Wire bonding of chips and packages
- Identify, analyze, and resolve process and equipment issues.
- Conduct post-process inspections such as electrical measurements, XRD and microscopy
Requirements:
- Practical Engineer (Electronics / Mechanical / Materials) or Senior Technician with relevant experience.
- Bachelor (B.Sc.) in chemistry / physics / material or chemical engineering
- hands‑on experience in chip assembly or chemistry lab
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment
- Familiarity with Flipchip, Underfill, Reflow, and Die Attach processes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High level of responsibility, attention to details and fast learning ability.
- Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and process‑optimization skills.
