Come and take a significant part in creating innovative chips, and enjoy working in a highly professional environment where you make a huge impact in a technology-focused company.We are looking for a talented senior staff engineer to join the Switching Chip Design team, developing switching SOC devices for AI & cloud data centers.

What You Can Expect

• Join Switching Chip Design group and be a part of a highly experienced CPU Sub-System team developing best-in-class, high-complexity Control and Management (CnM) IPs for Switching chips
• Responsible for major IP developments in the CnM, deals with many complex issues, ensuring they meet functional, performance, power, and quality requirements before production.
• Continues engagement with SW/FW and Architecture teams, driving innovative solutions for different design and micro-arch challenges
• Work with the post-silicon teams on debug support and to help root-cause any failures.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical/Computer Engineering
• 6+ years hands-on experience in RTL frontend design or verification
• Proven hands-on experience and deep understanding of IP developments, micro-architecture, and digital logic
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in CDC/RDC—advantage
• Strong background in SystemVerilog and UVM methodology—advantage
• Vast background and knowledge in system-level aspects—advantage
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive projects forward.
• Excellent communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent
