System Engineer Defense

🔹 System Engineer | Leading Defense Client | Petah Tikva 🔹

A leading defense-sector client, operating globally and developing mission-critical software solutions in the field of Command & Control systems (C2 / C4I), is looking for a System Engineer to join a highly professional and well-established Systems Engineering department.

This is a key role in complex, multidisciplinary projects, involving end-to-end technical ownership and close collaboration with multiple stakeholders in Israel and abroad.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Ongoing customer liaison and interface management
• Analysis of customer needs and translation into system requirements and specifications
• Definition of project specifications and internal system requirements
• Leading and managing subcontractors, including contractual engagements and procurement oversight
• Leading engineering teams, including work plans and schedules management
• Designing practical, implementable solutions for complex engineering challenges
• Preparing, leading, and participating in design reviews and contract-related activities
• Leading acceptance, delivery, and approval processes with multiple stakeholders

🧩 Requirements

• B.Sc in Electrical / Aerospace / Mechanical / Computer / Software Engineering – mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience as a System Engineer / Technical Manager / Technical Product Manager
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in development and R&D roles
• High proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project
• Strong presentation, leadership, and management skills

Advantages:

• M.Sc in a relevant engineering discipline
• Active security clearance (Level 3)
