Head of Import/Export Department

Tnuva Group is seeking an experienced Head of Import/Export Department to lead all global trade operations across the company. The role oversees end‑to‑end import and export processes, regulatory compliance, supplier coordination, and complex logistics activities.

Key Responsibilitie

• Manage all import/export operations (approx. 3,000 TEU/year) across sea, air, and land
• Lead daily international shipping activities with global suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
• Ensure full compliance with regulations, quotas, and government requirements
• Oversee special shipments: heavy equipment, hazardous materials, and temperature‑controlled food products
• Manage operations with ports, cargo terminals, inland warehouses, and inland transportation
• Work closely with the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Health, legal offices, and the Tax Authority
• Lead technical logistics projects and sensitive shipments requiring specialized equipment
• Manage and develop the Import/Export team

Requiremen

• 6+ years managing import/export processes in an importing organizatio
• Experience in air‑freight export of food product
• Proven experience with complex logistics: multimodal shipping, refrigerated cargo, hazardous material
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, regulations, and import licensin
• Experience managing teams and working with regulatory authoritie
• High‑level Englis
