Company Controller | Public Company | Caesarea Area

A well-established and reputable public company located in the Caesarea area is seeking an experienced Company Controller to lead its accounting and financial control function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the company’s accounting and controllership activities
• Preparation, analysis, and presentation of periodic financial statements to management and the Board of Directors
• Ongoing management of external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
• Preparation of tax reports, business and management reports
• Budget preparation, budgetary control, and financial monitoring
• Implementation and maintenance of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements (SOX/ISOX, ISA, TASE)
• Management and supervision of the bookkeeping/accounting team
• Cash flow management and ongoing work with banks and credit institutions
• Continuous financial optimization and close collaboration with internal stakeholders across the organization

Mandatory Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 5 years of experience as a Controller in a public company (post-internship)
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing company
• Proven experience managing teams
• Strong background in budget control
• Mandatory experience with Priority ERP
• High-level proficiency in Excel
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong sense of ownership

Advantages:

• Experience in financial analysis, product costing, and BOM structures within an industrial company
• Experience working with CRM systems
