Cyber Security Engineer / Backend Developer – AI Security Infrastructure (Intermediate)

AIdome™ is building the security control plane for enterprise AI.

We’re hiring a cyber-oriented backend engineer with hands-on experience building security-aware products.

This role sits where AI infrastructure, cyber security, and enterprise SaaS meet. You’ll work closely with the CTO and Product team to build backend services that enforce access control, policy, auditability, and secure AI integrations at scale.

This is an intermediate, hands-on role for someone who’s shipped real systems and understands how security behaves in production.

• Build and maintain Python (Django) backend services
• Implement authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement
• Design RBAC models, rate-limiting, abuse prevention, and secure token flows
• Integrate AI providers (OpenAI, Azure AI, Google, Anthropic, HuggingFace) via a secure layer
• Design and maintain PostgreSQL schemas with security and multi-tenancy in mind
• Write tests using Pytest and maintain CI pipelines
• Work in Git-based workflows (PRs, code reviews)
• Ship production-grade cyber features in a fast-moving startup environment

Cyber / Security Experience (Required)

Hands-on experience with security or infrastructure products, such as:

• Cybersecurity platforms
• IAM / access control systems
• DevSecOps or compliance tooling
• Secure enterprise SaaS

Backend Engineering

• 2+ years of experience with Python (Django)
• Strong PostgreSQL / SQL fundamentals
• Experience building production backend services
• Comfortable working in Linux environments

You understand practical security tradeoffs, not just theory.

AI & Integrations

• Experience integrating with at least one AI platform (OpenAI, Azure AI, Google AI, Anthropic, HuggingFace)

Dev & Tooling

• Docker (build & run containers)
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
• Git, PR workflows
• API testing tools (Postman or similar)

Security Fundamentals

• RBAC and permission modeling
• Secure authentication & JWT-based flows
• OWASP and API security basics
• Rate-limiting and policy enforcement

• Multi-tenant SaaS experience
• Observability (Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
• Message queues (Kafka, SQS)
• Kubernetes basics
• Security scanning tools (Trivy, Bandit, Dependabot)
• Hebrew (bonus)

You won’t be maintaining dashboards.

You’ll be building the core security layer for enterprise AI networks.
