New Product Introduction

Role Description:

• Lead end-to-end NPI processes, from development and design stages through full production ramp-up
• Plan, implement, and support manufacturing and assembly processes for electronic systems
• Prepare manufacturing and assembly documentation, including work instructions, tools and equipment lists, engineering documentation, routing, and drawings
• Establish and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering documentation within ERP systems
• Drive cross-functional processes and serve as a key interface between R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Purchasing teams
• Troubleshoot engineering issues, improve existing processes, and lead efficiency improvements on production lines
• Work with subcontractors and external manufacturing partners
• Perform manufacturing feasibility reviews (DFM/DFA) and provide ongoing feedback to R&D teams from early design stages

Requirements:

• Electronics Technician – mandatory | B.Sc. degree – an advantage
• Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and transfer from development to production – mandatory
• Hands-on experience with full manufacturing processes, including electronic assemblies and testing processes
• Proficiency in Priority ERP system – mandatory
• Experience in preparing manufacturing files, work instructions, production and test specifications, and designing test fixtures (jigs) – mandatory
• Very good technical English
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong process-leading capabilities

• הובלת תהליכי NPI מקצה לקצה – משלב התכן והפיתוח ועד התייצבות מלאה בייצור
• אחריות על תכנון, יישום וליווי תהליכי ייצור והרכבה למערכות אלקטרוניות
• הכנת תיקי ייצור והרכבה: הוראות עבודה, רשימות כלים וציוד, תיעוד וניתוב הנדסי, שרטוטים
• הקמה ותחזוקה שוטפת של עצי מוצר (BOM) ותיעוד הנדסי במערכות
• הובלת תהליכים מערכתיים וחיבור בין צוותי הפיתוח, הייצור, האיכות והרכש
• פתרון בעיות הנדסיות, שיפור תהליכים קיימים והובלת התייעלות בקווי הייצור
• עבודה מול קבלני משנה בתהליכי ייצור והרכבה
• ביצוע בדיקות היתכנות ייצורית (DFM/DFA) והעברת משוב שוטף לצוותי הפיתוח החל משלב התכן

דרישות:

• הנדסאי אלקטרוניקה חובה, תואר ראשון יתרון
• ניסיון קודם בתהליכי העברה מפיתוח לייצור (NPI) – חובה
• ניסיון והיכרות עם תהליכי ייצור מלאים, כולל הרכבות אלקטרוניות ותהליכי בדיקה
• שליטה במערכת Priority – חובה
• ניסיון בכתיבת תיקי ייצור, הוראות עבודה, מפרטים לתהליכי ייצור ובדיקות, ותכנון אמצעי בדיקה (ג’יגים) – חובה
• שליטה טובה מאוד באנגלית טכנית
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית לצד עבודה בצוות, תקשורת בין-אישית מצוינת ויכולת הובלת תהליכים
