We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Implementation Specialist and a Change Management Lead to support the implementation and adoption of new information systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management processes related to the implementation of new information systems across the organization.
- Identify and analyze organizational needs, and design tailored implementation and adoption plans for information systems.
- Support employees and managers throughout learning and adaptation processes to new systems.
- Develop training materials, workshops, and communication content to support system adoption.
- Measure the success of change processes using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, product management, and additional organizational units.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading change management processes and information systems implementation in organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems.
- Experience in training and supporting employees through organizational change processes.
- High analytical capabilities and strong data analysis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to influence, and strong teamwork orientation.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Position Details:
- Location: Central Israel.
- Employment scope: Approximately 100 hours per month.
