Kata Group, a leading real estate development company, is looking for an experienced Monday.com Implementer to take ownership of our Monday platform and translate business needs into smart, scalable workflows.

This is not a “build boards and move on” role —

but a position for someone who enjoys understanding organizations and creating real operational impact.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis, implementation, and optimization of the Monday.com platform

• Advance and deepen an existing Monday project across the organization

• Build automations and apps to improve efficiency

• Train and support internal teams

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience implementing Monday.com (including automations)

• Strong ownership, independence, and process-oriented thinking

• Ability to train and guide teams

• Experience in real estate / development companies – an advantage
