Senior Designer

We are looking for a passionate and highly creative Designer to join our team and take part in developing innovative toys and unforgettable brand experiences. This role combines product design, packaging, 3D thinking, and market research to bring global brands to life. If you love toys, thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, and enjoy owning projects from concept to production — this position is for you.

This is a full-time, on-site position, located in Tel Aviv, Ramat Hahayal.

Working hours: Monday–Thursday: 9:00–18:00, Friday: 8:00–16:00

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and traditional Toys.
• Design and develop eye catching packaging and exciting unboxing experiences.
• Prepare detailed product files for different purposes.
• Conduct market and brand research.
• Manage development processes of various products with different technologies.
• Plan and design selling points across the globe.
• Take part in designing the different venues and shows.

Requirements

• Graduates of B.A in Industrial Design or Visual communication from a recognized Israeli and International academies, with a strong affection to 3D design 
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design – packaging, marketing, social and design for print.
• Expertise with graphic software such as illustrator, photoshop, InDesign or others.
• Expertise with 3D software such as Blender, Zbrush, Rhino or Others (Modeling, Sculpting and Rendering) – an advantage
• Experience in professional & industrial additive manufacturing - an advantage. 
• Fluent in English (oral & written). 
• An impressive Portfolio is a must
