Data Engineer

MatrixDnA is recruiting a Data Engineer for a leading defense organization working on mission-critical, real-time operational systems.

The role includes hands-on development of data pipelines and architectures, building scalable Big Data solutions, and working in a real-time, distributed environment. You’ll develop in Python, take part in architectural decisions, and work closely with experienced engineering teams on impactful products used in real operational scenarios.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience designing and building end-to-end data pipelines
• Ability to work in complex, large-scale systems

Advantages:

• Experience with Airflow, Kafka, Trino, Postgres, S3
• Cloud experience (AWS / GCP)
• Background in real-time or operational data systems

Location: South of Israel (transition during the year)
