System Administrator

We are seeking for an experienced and committed Systems Administrator to join our

IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Firewalls, Switches,

Cloud platforms, Backups, Active Directory and Microsoft 365,. This role will be responsible

for maintaining the performance, security, and reliability of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and manage network infrastructure, including virtual servers and devices such as routers, firewalls, and switches.
• Enforce security best practices, manage user access (Active Directory), apply patches, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventative solutions.
• Administer cloud services (Microsoft 365, AWS EC2, Azure VMs, GCP), optimizing usage and cost-efficiency.
• Develop, test, and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard data and ensure continuity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, and network issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the IT team and vendors to implement new technologies and improvements.
• Maintain thorough documentation of systems and processes; mentor junior IT staff as needed.
• Automation & amp; Scripting: Utilize scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash to streamline repetitive tasks and processes, enhancing overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a senior systems administration role.
• Strong knowledge and Experience in networking protocols, firewalls, and infrastructure management is a must.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP as well as ticketing systems like Jira.
• Solid understanding of backup systems and disaster recovery protocols.
• Familiar with Windows Server, LINUX and Active Directory environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities; fluent in English (spoken and written)
