Head of IT/OT – Digital Factory | Pharma Industry

A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site is seeking an experienced Head of IT/OT to drive digital transformation, automation, and operational excellence across the plant.

Role Overview

• Lead all IT/OT operations on site: SCADA/PLC, MES, LIMS/LES, BMS/EMS, ERP, Serialization

• Manage and develop a high‑performing team (15–20 members)

• Own the IT/OT strategy, roadmap, budget, and project portfolio

• Ensure robust infrastructure, cybersecurity, system validation, and GxP compliance

• Partner with Production, QC, Engineering, and global TechOps teams

• Support audits, inspections, CAPA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Engineering, or related field

• 10+ years of management experience

• 5+ years in IT/OT leadership within a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and regulated pharma operations

• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and complex projects

• Excellent communication skills in English and French
