We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead with strong hands-on recruiting experience and real familiarity with the outsourcing and staffing world. Someone who can manage high volume recruitment, build solid pipelines, and drive hiring end to end, with energy, resilience, and a get it done mindset.
What we’re looking for ?
• Significant recruiting experience, end to end
• Strong background in outsourcing and staffing, project based roles, placements, working with hiring managers and clients
• Ability to manage multiple roles in parallel and keep a structured pipeline
• Not afraid of hard work, pace, and targets
• Excellent communication skills, sharp thinking, and genuine passion for people
What you’ll do:
• Lead hiring activities and own the recruitment pipeline
• Work closely with managers and client stakeholders
• Build sourcing strategies and continuously improve processes
• Deliver hires with speed and quality
Location and work model:
• Petah Tikva
• 4 days from the office
• 1 day work from home, Thursdays
