Product Owner / Producer / Delivery Lead (VR/AR) | Mid–Senior

Fast-growing VR/AR studio is looking for a hands-on Product Owner / Producer who can take a raw idea and turn it into a shipped product. You will own the full production cycle: from scoping and planning to coordinating creative and technical teams, client communication, quality control, and on-time delivery. This is a practical, independent role for someone who understands how digital products are built and can make decisions without constant supervision.

Key points:

• Own end-to-end product and delivery process
• Translate client needs into clear tasks for developers and artists
• Coordinate Unity, 3D, UI/UX, animation, audio, and video teams
• Manage priorities, timelines, and risks
• Test VR builds and ensure product quality
• Communicate with clients and present progress

Requirements:

• Experience in Game Development, Video Production, or Educational Content
• Understanding of creative/technical production pipelines
• Strong English, Russian is a plus
• VR headset is a strong advantage
• Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
