We are seeking a BI Project Manager and Team Lead for a leading organization located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) projects, from initiation through delivery
-Analyze business requirements and translate them into BI solutions
-Work on an ongoing basis with clients and internal stakeholders across the organization
-Perform hands-on professional BI tasks alongside team leadership responsibilities
-Lead and provide professional guidance to a team of BI developers and BI analysts
-Ensure project milestones, timelines, and objectives are met
-Lead complex BI processes in a dynamic, data-driven environment
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience as a BI Developer or BI Systems Analyst
- 1 year of managerial experience in professional leadership of a BI team
- Experience working with clients throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience developing ETL processes and a deep understanding of data
