We are seeking a Senior Technology Project Manager to lead and deliver complex Information Systems projects, with a strong focus on cloud-based CRM solutions.

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for project execution, from initiation through implementation and organizational adoption, while working in a complex, multi-interface enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of complex IT and information systems projects
• Leading technological processes and cloud-based CRM solutions
• Translating business needs into technical requirements and actionable solutions
• Managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Working closely with business stakeholders, IT, development, infrastructure, cybersecurity teams, vendors, and technology partners
• Managing vendors and technical teams while ensuring quality and delivery standards
• Applying Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies based on project needs
• Leading testing phases, UAT, go-live processes, and organizational rollout

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects within large organizations
• 10+ years of overall experience in technology-related roles
• Strong technical background – previous experience as a Developer or Architect
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based CRM platforms, including architecture, integrations, and applications
• Proven experience working with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to lead projects end-to-end in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions
• Experience managing vendors and technical teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew

Advantages:

• Salesforce or Dynamics CRM certifications (Admin / Platform Developer / Architect) – a significant advantage
• Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft / API Management)
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of Information Security and Identity Management
