IT Project Manager & Systems Analyst 233925

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong Systems Analysis expertise to lead complex, cross-organizational projects from initiation through full implementation.

🔹 Role Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end information systems projects, from concept and requirement definition to deployment and user adoption.
• Analyze and translate business processes into system requirements.
• Write detailed requirement and specification documents.
• Collaborate closely with development teams and oversee the delivery lifecycle.
• Perform acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure high-quality implementations.
• Train end users and provide ongoing system support.
• Manage releases, monitor progress, and ensure successful rollout.

🔹 Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management with a specialization in Information Systems (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and systems analysis within a multi-project environment.
• Proven experience in writing requirement and specification documents.
• Hands-on experience with development lifecycle processes, UAT, and system implementation.
• Strong understanding of complex organizational and technological processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership potential with a proactive, independent, and highly responsible approach.
