Order & Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Order & Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our operations team.

This is a key operational role responsible for end-to-end management of customer orders, including delivery tracking, export compliance, international shipments, and shipment accounting.

The role involves daily collaboration with customers, warehouse, finance, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer orders, from order entry to delivery
• Enter and maintain customer orders in the company ERP system and monitor delivery schedules
• Prepare shipments and coordinate international transportation, pickups, and deliveries
• Work directly with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
• Issue customer invoices in coordination with the Finance team
• Verify payment terms and track prepayments, milestones, and actual execution
• Handle returned shipments for service purposes (returned export)
• Monitor and ensure compliance with export licenses and regulatory requirements
• Build and generate weekly order and delivery status reports
• Scan, archive, and maintain shipping and export documentation in company systems

🎯 Requirements

• Education in Logistics / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration / International Trade
• (or proven relevant professional experience)
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar operational role
• (advantage for experience in industrial, export-oriented, or technology companies)
• Proven experience in order management and customer order operations
• Strong background in international shipping and supply chain operations
• Hands-on experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers
• Experience working with Finance teams, invoicing, and payment tracking
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
