Role Description

Are you an iOS developer who’s curious, motivated, and excited about mobile apps?

We’re looking for someone with experience (or strong foundations) in Flutter or React Native, who’s interested in going deeper into the iOS world and growing with us as a mobile developer.

What will your day look like?

• Developing and maintaining mobile applications with a strong focus on iOS
• Working hands-on with Flutter or React Native on real production projects
• Occasionally defending your technical opinions with logic and a Nerf gun
• Collaborating closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers
• Turning product ideas into clean, reliable, and user-friendly features
• Debugging, improving performance, and polishing the small details that actually matter
• Taking part in friendly but intense discussions about iOS vs. Android (no friendships will be harmed)
• Participating in meetings, code reviews, and technical brainstorming sessions
• Learning new tools, improving your skills, and growing as a mobile developer alongside the team

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• Background in Flutter or React Native (work experience, side projects, or that one app you built at 2 AM - it all counts!)
• Interest in iOS development and mobile platforms (bonus points if you secretly judge Android users…)
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and a desire to keep getting better
• Ability to survive (and occasionally participate in) Nerf gun shootouts aimed at fellow developers
• Attention to detail, love for clean code, and mild annoyance when things aren’t aligned properly
• Curiosity, motivation, and openness to learning new tools, frameworks, and better ways of doing things
• Team player with good communication skills and a sense of humor
• Experience with native iOS (Swift / Objective-C) is a big plus, but not required - we care more about mindset than buzzwords.
