About the Role

As a Zoho Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Zoho

implementations for our customers - from understanding business requirements, through system design, configuration, custom development, automation, integrations, and go-live.

You will work closely with customers to translate business needs into practical Zoho solutions,

configure and customize Zoho applications (such as CRM, Desk, Projects, Analytics, Flow and

others), and develop custom logic using code (e.g. Deluge, APIs, webhooks, and integrations) to

support complex business processes. You will also guide customers through onboarding and

adoption.

This role is highly hands-on and client-facing, and requires a strong software engineering mindset, combining technical depth, clean logic, problem-solving skills, and business understanding. You’ll be part of a fast-growing team with a startup vibe, where ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Zoho implementation projects, from requirements gathering to configuration, custom development, integrations, go-live, and after sale support.
• Work directly with customers to understand business processes and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions
• Configure and customize Zoho applications (CRM, Desk, Projects, Analytics, Flow, and others)
• Develop custom logic and automations using code (Deluge, APIs, webhooks, and integrations)
• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and support customers during onboarding and rollout
• Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in information systems, CRM, ticketing, projects, or software implementation roles
• Hands-on experience with coding and scripting, and strong technical problem-solving skills
• Experience working on end-to-end projects, including system design, translating business requirements into technical solutions, implementation, and delivery
• Quick learner with a strong can-do mindset
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment
